I am a sports addict – I play volleyball, badminton, bowling and I also run.
I am a coffee addict. I don’t find it hard to sleep after a cup of coffee.
I love to sing. I am a member of a choir who sings regularly at Greenbelt chapel.
I love travel and adventure. I guess that is why my surname is LACBAY

No wonder when you attend mass at Greenbelt, it’s almost as if you’re in heaven already. Member ka pala ng choir that sings like the angels high above.
My, my, my, yes–YOU are a sports addict. I don’t play volleyball and badminton but I play tennis twice a week. Running, 3X a week.
Hope to see you and the rest of HF in future races.
Roselle the running diva and I are in the same choir and we sing twice a month at the 4:30pm mass.
uy thats where i usually go, will say hi if/when I see you there … if i dont see you at the races first.
sure. you won’t miss me sa greenbelt chapel kasi ako yung pinakamatangkad sa choir namin
I used to play volleyball and badminton sa office namin, inter-department tournaments lang but now, i’m into running na. Coffee addict din ako, i guess we have a lot in common. Hope to meet you one of these days!
laro tayo volleyball. kaso hanap muna tayo ng ibang players…hehe. thanks for visiting my site
I’m also coffee addict. That’s why I like it when Wilbert is around.
We have some things in common–though am not that pretty good with volley but it was my game since fifth grade up to college. Not sure why I became a runner…
Wil? Takbo ka ba this Sunday at the Fort? If not, let’s do our practice run. Bobby o, is inviting another route!
Hello Roselle! Takbo ako sa the Fort sa Sunday.
maybe we should try badminton once in awhile, short of cross-training
)
why not? just let me know
hey wilbert . sorry if i wont be able to make it to your despideda but wishing you all the very best. take it easy and happy running.
thanks pat.
Hi Wilbert. Let me the first to congratulate you on RnR Seattle. You preservered. Don’t feel bad about the time. My first one was a little under five hours (4:51), so I know how you’re feeling. You now have one under your belt!
Hopefully, the course was a good one and from the times I ran there, I’m sure it was scenic.
Anyway, take care and get a little rest. I’m shifting into my marathon training starting tomorrow. – Wayne
thanks Wayne! I’m happy with my time and the fact that I just added a full marathon under my belt.
Great stuff here man. Keep it up.
