Rock ‘n’ Roll shoes

This just came in yesterday – Asics Gel Kayano 15. 

Kayano 15

I will be breaking it in today and see if this will be my rock ‘n’ roll shoes.

 

Update: I took my new shoes for a spin today and ran 16kms without any problems. This is it! hehehe

  6. Wilbert, I tried a pair of Kayano 15s at the B2B expo a couple of weeks ago and although I don’t pronate much, they’re a great shoe. Definitely worth the price!

    i agree 100%. Kayano 15 has more gel than Kayano 14 which is perfect for my heels.

  7. I loved my Kayano but i’ve retired my old pair. i am now into the nimbus and the DS trainers.

    You missed teh ultra workouts last night. Bobby and vimz were there and we all ran inspite of the rains. hadcore talaga.
